It does, but I wouldn't say it gets really hard - it's more crispy-chewy, I'd say. Probably baking it a little less would lead to a softer texture. Just make sure NOT to bake the raisins because they will be rock-hard (add them at the end!)
I have a easy granola recipe I’ve used for years but I branched out & made this one last night- fam loved it w/ice cream for dessert because we couldn’t wait to try it out of the oven! I can tell it’s gonna be my new go-to! Yum!
I've been meaning to make the granola Meagan has been talking about for so long, but I always default to a crockpot granola I make. I am definitely going to try this. Love the different modifications you both mentioned!
